CAI Launch Readiness — In Development

LAUNCH READINESS REVIEW · IN DEVELOPMENT

CAI Launch Readiness is in development

CAI Launch is being developed to help Amazon sellers review whether a selected product is ready to move toward launch before they commit fully to inventory, listing work and advertising. The planned review brings product, compliance, listing, PPC, inventory and operational evidence into one decision framework.

Preview only. CAI Launch is not currently available for purchase. Pricing, entitlements and usage are not yet published.

This preview explains the planned information, decision framework and safeguards. It is not an active assessment, subscription or purchase offer.

Concept demonstration only. The final product, inputs, outputs, pricing, entitlements and availability may change before release.

Use the framework before the product goes live

Product selected → Product risk reviewed → Demand and cost evidence gathered → Launch-readiness evidence organized → Gaps corrected → Launch decision reconsidered

The future CAI Launch review is intended for the period after a possible product has passed its earlier risk checks and before final inventory, listing and advertising commitments. A delayed launch can be less expensive than stranded inventory, wasted advertising spend or a blocked listing.

How the future review is planned to work

Step 1 — Describe the proposed launch

Organize the product, intended marketplace, category, target customer and current launch stage.

Step 2 — Add relevant evidence

Prepare up to three relevant competitor ASINs and any available supplier, cost, inventory, listing or advertising information.

Step 3 — Review readiness areas

The planned framework considers product, compliance, listing, PPC, inventory and operational readiness without treating any one area as proof that the product should launch.

Step 4 — Receive a decision framework

The intended result is a Go, Revise or No-Go framework supported by major warnings, missing evidence and prioritized next actions.

These are planned product capabilities, not currently available features.

What the future Launch review is expected to cover

Product readiness

  • product–market-fit assumptions;
  • differentiation and customer need;
  • competitor positioning;
  • product-information gaps.

Compliance readiness

  • category and product restriction signals;
  • documentation and certification considerations;
  • intellectual-property warning signals;
  • marketplace requirements that may need independent verification.

Listing readiness

  • listing-content preparation;
  • image and product-detail readiness;
  • keyword and positioning considerations;
  • missing information that may delay launch.

PPC and traffic readiness

  • initial advertising preparation;
  • keyword and targeting readiness;
  • launch-traffic assumptions;
  • budget and campaign-planning gaps.

Inventory and operations readiness

  • supplier and order preparation;
  • inventory-quantity assumptions;
  • shipping and fulfilment readiness;
  • operational risks requiring attention.

How the planned decision framework will explain readiness

GO

The submitted evidence may support moving toward launch planning, subject to completing every required verification and action item.

REVISE

Important gaps or risks should be corrected before the seller makes final inventory, listing or advertising commitments.

NO-GO

One or more serious concerns make the current launch plan unsuitable to proceed with until the issue is resolved or the product decision is reconsidered.

A Go result will not guarantee Amazon approval, compliance, intellectual-property clearance, product safety, profitability, sales or advertising performance.

What the future result is intended to include

  • a structured review of five launch-readiness areas;
  • comparison using up to three relevant competitor ASINs;
  • a launch-risk score;
  • a Go, Revise or No-Go framework;
  • plain-language explanations of identified concerns;
  • a prioritized action list;
  • items requiring independent verification;
  • a decision-support result for launch planning.

The final product scope, scoring, entitlements and usage rules remain subject to validation and release approval.
